This discount is available to local customers on orders over NZD $100, delivering to a New Zealand address (discount happens automatically at checkout).

International orders welcome

If you live outside New Zealand we offer a secure choice of either International Airmail (not tracked) or International Courier (tracked) delivery to most countries around the world. Our Airmail option is cheaper, but slower. Our Courier option costs more, but includes tracking and faster delivery.

Shipping Rates

International shipping costs are calculated by weight, based on the currency you are using on our website and your destination address. You can change your currency at any time by using our handy 'Currency Selector' button located at the top of every page on this website. The exact delivery cost of your order is calculated automatically and will be clearly displayed for your approval during the checkout process.

Shipment Processing Time

If the products you order are in stock (and they usually are), we'll dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Occasionally a product you order may be out of stock. If this happens, we'll contact you quickly to provide an estimated time of delivery. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday except on New Zealand public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will make contact by email or phone and let you know.

We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure a physical address is entered in your order.

GST

GST is added to all orders delivered within New Zealand and will be added to your order during the checkout procedure.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday via Post Haste or Courier Post couriers.

Customs, Restrictions, Duties, Taxes and Fees

Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Some of the products sold on this website are prohibited for importation into certain countries. Unfortunately, it's impossible for us to know all of the regulations for each country.

It is completely your responsibility to make sure that any goods you order are not prohibited or restricted in your delivery country. New Zealand Way accept no liability for the refund or replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your country's Customs Office or other government body. We recommend you contact your local Customs Office for further information on import regulations in your country.

Also, any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control.

Refusal to pay custom charges will result in the parcel being returned. If the products are returned for this reason, only products will be refunded, the freight is at the customers expense, any return charge may be deducted from the product refund (an administration / handling fee will also appy). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with no signs of wear or tampering. It must also be in the original packaging.

We don't provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your country's Customs Office due to containing prohibited items.

International Honey Shipping Restrictions

Member countries of the European Union – Deliveries are limited to 2kg of honey per order. Orders that contain greater than 2kg of honey must be split into multiple packages and shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly. We recommend you check with the Customs Office or other government department of your own country before placing any honey orders over 2kg to European Union (EU) countries.

Brazil - You must include your IRD # (passport #) with your order. Please enter it in the Shipping Notes field during checkout.

Non-Delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

After your order has been shipped, you are not able to cancel your order.

Unclaimed Parcels after attempted deliveries

If parcels are unclaimed after attempted deliveries are made, and then returned to us by the postal services, we may charge to have the parcel redelivered to you. Returned parcels for this reason may incur a fee.

If attempted deliveries go unclaimed again after redelivery is arranged, then returned to us, we may deduct any fees associated with the return of that product from any refund owed.

Refunds do not include any delivery charges and will not be made until the goods have arrived back with us.

Order hasn't arrived yet

If your order was sent by International Courier (tracked), you would have received a tracking number when you received shipping confirmation. You can use this number online to determine your order's delivery status.

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time (NZ: 3-4 working days / International: 21 working days max) after we've emailed your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@newzealandway.nz.

If your order was sent by International Air (not tracked), depending on your location in the world, normal delivery times can be estimated as follows: Shipment processing: 1–3 working days, Carrier Transit: 5–11 working days, Customs Processing: 1–2 working days (unless your order has been has been detained or confiscated). Contact us by email at info@newzealandway.nz if your order hasn't arrived in 3 weeks. We'll get in touch with our carrier for assistance in locating your parcel.

Consignment Note detail

New Zealand regulations require the retail price of your goods to be shown on the consignment note of your parcel. Sorry, but we are not able to declare an incorrect price for goods, or mark your parcel as a gift.

Shipping Multiple Orders

You can combine multiple orders, however once an order as been packed for shipping it can no longer be combined with any other order.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple addresses. If you wish to send items to different addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
